On both my vehicles, I'm noticing a small 3M logo on the windshield right in front of the passenger. For those who had their cars tinted here so far, does anyone else see this in the same spot or elsewhere? I haven't called yet to ask about it but I wanted to hear from the others who bought tinting via this group buy first.
That is included by 3M so you know you're getting the real deal. But it can be rubbed off with some rubbing alcohol and a soft cloth.
Coincidentally, I was talking to Jesse about my wife's car and how I didnt know for sure if it was tinted with 3M film or not. He told me that he usually leaves one of the logos in an inconspicuous place so that if any other tint shop worked on your car, they would know that its 3M film. Since yours is on the windshield in plain view, I'm guessing he missed that one when he removed the rest.
I was gonna wait till I finally receive the final product but that white model 3 with red badge was my car hehe. First time posting long time lurker. Overall I just wanted to put my 2 cents in with Jesse. He has been very professional and accommodating with current situation with the chrome delete. I had the whole package done window tint, chrome delete and PPF. Right now Jesse is using a guy from the outside to do his chrome delete. He is still debating on whether he will add the chrome delete back to the package or not pending the quality of these chrome delete that had been done. I am currently using one his loaner cars since the chrome delete is taking more than one day. I will post pictures of the final product tomorrow once I get the car back.Anyways jesse fixed my chrome delete on mirrors. Only thing now to followup are the fronthood ppf replacement to schedule another day. Hes been courteous and went out of his way to assist my requests. Anyhow saw a clean white tesla with red badging and an all black today.

Yes - he leaves on one the windshield - I noticed this on one of the cars I brought in before. Another shop I used for one of my cars left the logo on everywhere.Oh, that's great to hear! I hadn't tried that but your reply makes me feel more comfortable. I wish Roger had mentioned that when I picked up both cars but, based on the last few pages, I can understand how it didn't happen.
That obvious edge is kind of disappointing. Just sent them a message regarding full edge wrapping...may cancel if they say it's not guaranteed.
Any word back from them? I've tried calling them but it's been kind of difficult.
Can you show us pictures of how minimal the PPF edges are?Just wanted to show you some pics of of Rodz tint shop work. So this is the 3M crystalline 70 on the front and 40 everywhere else including sunroof. 3M scotchguard pro full front, and satin black chrome delete. Overall I am very pleased by the work of Jesse. He has been very professional and helpful.
The last 2 pics are 2 areas in the chrome delete where there was some chrome still showing. Jesse said to just bring it in next week and will have it fixed. I’m pleased with the tint job and the PPF. Yes there are cut lines on the bumper due to Jesse saying they use 3M printouts so there are some areas where it’s its not full edge wrapped. But they are so small and minute that you can’t even tell.
The ppf and tints were all done on one day. The chrome delete took 2 days. He had a loaner I was able to borrow for the day. I know his work takes awhile but I was patient. I’d rather have them take awhile and get it right rather than rushing for a mediocre job. If you want more pics of specific area let me know

They usually go away within a few days to a month depending on weather/heat.My sister says her tint has some bubbles here and there, and they won’t replace it unless there is a cluster of bubbles.
Do you guys have bubbles?
the rear window tints are fine. I think 40 is the perfect amount of darkness. At night I dont have any issues seeing out of the sides or through the back.Could you comment on how the rear window tint compares to the rest of the side windows in terms of color appearance when sitting in the driver's seat? Is there any color difference?
Great pix, did you use 40 on both roof glass? Do you mind take a pic of the glass rare roof from inside of the car during the day? Wonder how it looks with existing tint along with the new 40 tint.
