SpaceX is once again suing the federal govt., but it wants the complaint kept secret due to “confidential and proprietary information and source selection information...". I wonder what they mean by source selection information? They have a mole at one of their competitors? A former employee?

Although it's possible SpaceX has gotten a heads up on which way this unnamed federal agency is leaning, source selection information doesn't appear to indicate anything nefarious. Could be as simple as SpaceX not wanting the world to know their offer price prior to the bid award.
