Since the day we received our Model 3 (we presently have the vehicle 81 days) we have had problems with the rear passenger window randomly dropping any where from 2 ins. to 4-5 inches for no reason. This is a huge issue due to weather and theft. The quality control at Tesla is extremely poor as this vehicle was delivered with this issue and noted by the staff member from Tesla upon delivery. The car has been at the Tesla Service Center well over 30 days which have accrued between 3 different visits. Currently this vehicle has met and exceeded the requirements to be considered under NYS The Lemon Law. I am not the only person experiencing this issue with the Model 3, as there are others that have noted this exact problem yet Tesla does not have a clue why this occurs. Totally fed up with this vehicle.
