Spotify Not Working

Anybody else having an issue since the last (2023.6.8) software update with Spotify? It sounds as if every song I play has been slowed down by 1000x. I’ve tried rebooting the vehicle and singing off/on from Spotify account. Happens while connected to WiFi/LTE. Anybody else dealing with this?

Yep. Exact same issue. 22 MYP. Apple Music is working fine

Same issue with Spotify. Songs are slowed down and sound distorted. Same when I try to play through a Bluetooth connected phone using Spotify or YouTube Music. Streaming app and TuneIn work fine. Model 3.

Was able to fix mine. I signed out of Spotify then rebooted car. Once rebooted, I signed back into Spotify and all is working perfectly.

I have to switch back and forth between whichever service wants to load first.

I've had to do a reset multiple times over the last 2 weeks because of this issue

Same issue. I use tidal and Apple Music and works fine. Spotify was my go too!

I’m still having this issue. I also used Bluetooth with my Spotify and it was fine at first but then I get the same results where the song slows down and sounds distorted.

I have had ongoing issues for months. Usually if I switch between audio input sources (e.g., to Bluetooth) and then switch back it works. But then sometimes I have to reboot. Also....I think I'm rebooting wrong because I never get it right the first time.

Was about to create a post on this.
Spotify distorted on start up.
Only solution seems to be a soft reset.
Wonder if this is connected to the nav screen glitches?

I also had this spotify issue, reset fixed it. Followed by the usual dashcam unavailable, please re-format USB stick.

Spotify just spins and spins....
Yes, a reboot solves the issue, or signing out then back in also does it.
But what a nuisance to do either of those 3x on a two hour trip.
Hoping for better....

I've also experienced the exact same issue, but with 2023.12.5 installed, so 2023.6.8 is obviously not the culprit. A simple screen reboot solved it, at least for now.

2024.14.3 update has killed Spotify on my 2023 RWD Model Y. Just have loading screen forever when on LTE (4G). Times out and asks to try again. Rebooted info system and nothing. Fustratating. All other music/streaming apps work just fine.
