Steering Wheel Position Not Moving for User Profile

I recently noticed that the steering wheel on my 2017 Model X is not moving for different user profiles. I can use the adjustment stalk to move in/out and up/down. The SAVE option appears on screen, which I touch and it says SAVED. But when changing between profiles, there is absolutely no movement of the steering wheel. It simply stays wherever it was last adjusted to.

Of course I have rebooted. I don’t know how long it’s been like this, but now suspicious it may have stopped working long ago.

Any ideas on what the issue could be?

I had the same problem with my 2018MX last year or so. I took it to the SC and they had to replace something. It was under warranty so not sure how much it would cost. If I get some time this weekend I will try to see if I can find an invoice to see what parts they replaced.
