Steering wheel vibration in dual drive cars

I'm also experiencing a very subtle vibration on the steering wheel at any speed (even at 2-5mph) on my P90D. The vibration is about 20% of the force as you would experience though lane departure warning. Is this normal?

I'm experiencing it with our new 90D usually at around 70mph car is being picked up and taken in to have a look at on 1st Dec we've also got a couple of niggles with the passenger side wing mirror not always opening fully and the front passenger door handle getting stuck out occasionally and needing a wiggle to close
Have to say tesla service very good have arranged to collect car andeave me a replacement whilst it's in

I'm going to have my tires rebalanced today just to make sure that's not the root cause but I doubt it will solve the issue. I only have 1500 miles on those.
