Just wanted to let Sacramento Area Tesla owners, looking for an electrician, know I just had a NEMA 14-50 outlet and a 50 amp breaker installed by "Electric Connection," and I'm very happy with the work and cost of the project. The run was about 40 feet from the sub panel in a room adjacent to my garage. The job included drilling through the wall,and running wire/conduit up and down the rafters to the plug installed between my garage doors (I can now easily charge in either parking port and don't have to back in the vehicle to do so).
John and his assistant knocked the job out in a couple of fast-paced hours and easily beat the price quoted by two other electricians.. He says he is currently doing at least one Tesla job per week. 175 of 178 Electric Connection ratings on Angie's List are 'A.'
John also was the subcontractor that.installed the inverter for my solar system. Highly recommended.
