Summon/WiFi issues

After the last "update," my model 3 won't Summon. When I try, it just shows "Connecting," even when I'm standing next to the car. I use Summon to back the car out of a small garage. When I get in the car the screen shows "Set up wifi connection." Can anyone make sense of this?
 
Your car doesn't need WiFi for Summon, but both your car and your phone need internet connectivity (via LTE). Make sure you have cellular data enabled for the Tesla app on your phone.

Are you getting the "Set up WiFi connection" in a place you've had WiFi before?

Also, if you didn't already, reboot your car by holding both scroll wheels in until the center screen turns off.
