I think people underestimate how much time they'll be at superchargers if that is their primary charging source. If I were you I'd work pretty hard at getting an outlet installed at the condo. Preferably 240V50A, but a 120V20A would probably save you considerable time at the supercharger.

Due to various logistical and pricing reasons, I supercharge my Model Y as standard practice.

It's not hard in any way. There's a supercharger about a mile away next to a local grocery and starbucks. I swing by once a week after 9 PM, plug in, grab a beverage, select some fresh fruit and dairy, and return to the car to unplug at 70% to 80% full for $10. Done.
