I predict Dec 9th. I'm staying in the area Dec 6-7. It always happens to me...
Crew is putting covers on the charging stations today They say they will turn them on tomorrow for testing. No idea when they might be opened for use. I’m guessing a couple weeks unless there are problems.

I asked inside if there was any relationship similar to the Collin Street Bakery (free coffee, etc). The kid at the counter had no clue the stations were even being installed. Didn’t notice any of the construction on the north side of the building.

On 2019-10-31 they got approval of their final electrical inspection and meter release. Still have a bit more work to do to get a pass on the final building inspection. But I expect that they scheduled the utility to come out to complete the grid connection now. No idea how long that will take, but hopefully some time in the next week or two.

Given the crowds at the Waco Supercharger, this will be a most welcome addition to the network. I drive from Fort Worth to Austin for every Longhorns football game and man, weekends at Waco are getting outrageous. Last trip, all 10 stations were in use and there were perhaps five cars waiting.
So hopefully Alvarado is done by Sunday (and Texas beats K-State).

I went again today during lunch and still not charging. The charging cable did latch so that was weird, last time I was there it did not.

Wow! Can’t believe it’s almost thanksgiving and no juice! Wonder what’s the holdup?
Maybe the tech needed sleep after the 10 hours from McComb, MS.
