essentially zero. I don't see any indication of a transformer or meter yet. They can take months to get installed by the utility. Maybe someone close by can find where the transformer will go and post a photograph. There is usually a concrete pad nearby with conduit to run the power to the pedestals.

The transformer usually arrives first. When the meter goes in, that's usually a sign that commissioning is near. When the meter has power, commissioning is likely imminent.
 
This has passed all electrical inspections and should be ready for Tesla to provision and turn on unless Ames will close out an electrical permit without a transformer. Not sure how they operate in this aspect.
