I don't have any permit contacts but I do have the BG&E contact info. They might know about the permits. See below:

Unless it's been inspected within the last 3 days, it doesn't look like there's been any activity since July. The current delay was probably related to their needing to wait for the transformer. But, if the final inspection hasn't already happened within the last 3 days and just not been reported yet, it also hasn't yet been scheduled.

I got bored this evening and decided to head over here to see if the transformer had any useful identifying marks. Unfortunately, unlike most of the transformers I’ve seen, this one doesn’t list its size.

@Big Earl Your photo shows the stall labels (1A,1B, ... 4B) are removed. Fizzo showed the labels were there last month.

Today, the online Inspection History reports that the result was a Fail.
