The Paloma Realty Partners Stackyard flyer says, "Parking: 14 onsite with an additional 29 in a shared lot across the street", so technically there are more than 6 ICE parking spaces.
One of these pictures seems to show that the Supercharger part of the site is going to be finished prior to the restaurant part. Looks like the restaurant hasn't even broken ground yet. Pretty small set of buildings, and if they use actual shipping containers, going to go up fast. Will be interesting to watch this going forward. If I have some free time I might try and swing by periodically if @Limited doesn't beat me to it. I think the seating area above the one container is a great idea. Good spot to watch all the Tesla's charging while chowing down on the local cuisine. Something to definitely look forward to when the masks come off!
Good news. It looks like all of the hardware is installed - including the transformer. Unfortunately there's quite a bit of landscaping and surface paving that needs to be completed. Glad all the major hurdles are out of the way.
It's live! Not yet on the nav or find us map but it's working well. Spoke to the landscapers who say they are almost done. Arrived with 50% SOC and only preconditioned for ~10 min. @MarcoRP@bmah
Stopped by today to check it out on the way home. App shows 2 spot free, but when we got there, they were ICEd by a VW GTI and a Toyota Tacoma. Looks like the brewery patrons or locals were parking there. Either way , doesn’t seem like the safest spot to charge and the tight parking.
Yeah didn't seem safe, I was a little nervous in that neighborhood at 2 am this morning. Also, not a lot of businesses there to grab food or restroom... I am not seeing what Tesla apparently sees in this location.
