Looks like chargers being stalled at Queen and Rutherford, beside Tim's, Ground is ripped up and I see conduit popping up. was driving by yesterday so could not see who it was for, Tesla or other. Thought I post in case anyone else knows anything.

Stopped this evening. Couldn't see any permit but definitely looks like a charger set up going in.
Passed by again yesterday. No one working but took more photos of queen and Rutherford parking lot.
You can see in the 3rd pic that the conduit runs under the driveway entrance and pops up at the corner of the building. Kind of weird that it runs to the building and not a transformer. But what do I know lol
also there is a either a slim conduit or rebar sticking up where each charger would be, if this is in fact a EV charger spot
