Spotted Today - 8 stall V3 no Magic Dock at 406 RT 15 North under construction.
South end of the parking lot closest to the NAPA. PA Liquor Store and Dunkin' share the complex.

Only 12 miles or so from the Mechaincsburg SC Site.
