Supercharger fault, which number to call?

Hi All

I tried to use a supercharger at Birchanger services on the M11 near Stansted Airport yesterday and the only remaining stall did not charge my car. The car said it was a fault with the charger itself and to "follow the instructions on the stall" or something similar. Of course there were no instructions on the stall, just a phone number 01628 450660 but that gave me lots of options to choose from and none of them appear to be related to supercharger problems!

Do you just pick option number 1 "that it is an emergency breakdown"?

I gave up and just about managed to get home on my charge but it was pretty annoying.

What do you mean by 'only remaining' ? Were the other in use or disappeared ?

I'm sure if you spoke to breakdown they would have told you if it wasn't the right place.

3 out of 4 were being used, so only 1 left to charge from, but it didn't work when I plugged it into my car.

I am just trying to figure out which number to call in future if a supercharger isn't working, and if it's the number above, which option to choose as none of them seemed relevant!

Actually a good point, Tesla charger support is not existent even though people always complain about the rivals such as Polar, Genie and EH either taking forever to answer or not sorting problems.
