So true, the new one in St Louis has looked ready to accept vehicles for about a month now.

Seems this has been the case in many places. The two newest in Arkansas were the same way. Have you driven over and tried to plug in? Sometimes they're working before they're announced and added to the map. And I have a sneaking suspicion that if drivers plug into these it raises some alarm at Supercharger Central (I made that up) that triggers them to get it properly online quicker.

By any chance did you notice a big green transformer? Another sign that they will be close will be seeing a meter being placed. Those two items have been famous for holding up the “turn on switch”

I stopped by yesterday evening. The stalls were installed but it seems like they're still working on the power delivery I'd say.
