I talked to someone there today working. He told me some info that is disappointing. I hope what he told me is not accurate. He (nameless worker in first picture hugging the pedestal) said, Inspectors now require a retaining wall be built to protect the transformer from street traffic, and before the transformer is installed. And they had an concern with water not draining away so adjustments may be coming there too. Again, I hope I am wrong. A retaining wall and drainage adjustments might require a new permit if it was not in the original plan or permit. That's all I got.

Nowhere on the planet has V4 cabinets. When people say V4, this is what is meant. The V4 cabinets are not a change in architecture or design so they may never be referred to as V4 while the posts definitely are a change in design and architecture.

Almost finished. We can see 12 chargers. Nice to see. Directly below that green street sign we can see the pad and conduit place where the utility transformer will sit. Do information on estimated completion date. (Sorry.)
