Often V3s are < 70 kW when first fired up, also looks like a Model S or X and the older ones can charge pretty slow, especially if the battery is not fully warmed up.

Finally it’s up and running! Thank you all for the updates!
So I ran into this when searching the Tesla site. Guess there will be yet another coming to Long Beach in Q2. Wonder if this is the talked about location in/near Signal Hill?
Too early to say whether that's the case or not. It often takes Tesla a while to sort out their data after things change. The "coming soon" Long Beach entry could still be referring to this location that just opened and it just hasn't been removed yet. I usually think you need to wait at least a month after a site opens to start hoping that the "old" coming soon pin remaining in place means there's actually a second location planned.

PCH is finally up on the website it seems. Wasn't there this morning.
The other location in Long Beach is supposed to be the Signal Hill want also discussed. That was seems to have mostly stalled. If you go back far enough in the thread Signal Hill was asking Tesla for an update as the progress has been very slow. Where as the PCH Long Beach location went QUICK.
Was going to charge at Cerritos and saw it had a wait, as usual. Even though Long Beach is a bit out of the way I saw 16 of 20 were free so headed there. Even though these are much faster chargers than Cerritos I’m getting about the same speed, so no win there. Either way no wait and I had yet to charge here some opened. Nice to see it so empty!
Could be the end of photos of this location with few to no Teslas present. And this was on peak rates right around noon. Charging was still slow, slower than an Urban SuperCharger. But we had a great lunch at Playa Amour.
