Yes, you can tell by the design on the permit. One cabinet located in the center of 4 chargers and repeat for each set of 4. If the cabinets are all grouped together, that is the traditional install, not prefab.

No problem, I literally drive there every day to check out the progress...

Funny thing is I will probably not use it much as I live in Monticello and have my Home Charger.

For me, this super charger represents an awesome way to use my car in the evening, in the dead of winter. My model Y certainly has enough range to do my everyday commute, but if I add any additional trips on my schedule its a bit of a stretch. I often found myself driving through Monticello at 30% on my way home in the winter. This will be an awesome place to stop and get some charge when the wife says "we need to go/do [blah blah] tonight after work".

Well the lines got painted, but I think a kindergarten student could paint straiter lines... oh well at least they're painted!
