I was assuming Vineyards at Porter Ranch at first, when they first started adding the kiosks I was certain, but then they were generic brands. So surprised they didn’t there or Topanga Mall, where there’s a Tesla showroom.

A little birdy told me its gonna be at the Corbin/Nordhoff Target shopping center by the Bob's big boy....the source is pretty reliable but you never know with Tesla so YMMV.

Oooh, Brent's Deli is in the south end of that shopping center. That would be nice. Tesla owners' waistbands, beware!

However, I just checked LA's building database and no permits or plan checks have been applied for yet that I could find. So, if it's accurate that this will be the spot, it's likely still a ways off.

There is no way to know. Tesla has its internal plans and timeframes but they are not released to the public.

Those precast concrete elements lined up behind the guy in pic #2 are the bases for supercharger posts and are a unique Tesla item for supercharger construction. So, even without the cabinets, that's enough to totally confirm the construction.
