There is no indication of them requesting funds from NRCan for fast chargers here.

The conduit size and concrete pad in that last photo do look suspiciously like it's for a Flo Charger. I wonder if the partnership on the NRCan sites has continued and/or they are hoping to get retroactive funding on a future round?

Over the past few weeks, there has been updates to the nrcan page such as :
- changes in locations with IvyCharge
- way more CCS/chademo combos coming to Newfoundland
