We made it by the new Pueblo Supercharger yesterday so I can add our charging photo. The garage had very little traffic.
We took a few more photos about the installation that we thought were interesting.
- Looking over the side DH noticed that there was capped conduit and pad set up for one more V3 cabinet so 4 more chargers can be added to the current installation.
- Looks like the utility transformer they added for the chargers is a big 1500KVA transformer behind the garage. This is much larger than the parking garage transformer which is at the corner of the building.
- All that is currently left over from the installation is a row of wooden cable spools waiting outside to be picked up.
- Nice view from the chargers of one of the large public art sculptures seen around Pueblo. This is an impressive 3-sided fountain that must be associated with the nearby Riverwalk which features lots of art and water features. Pueblo has some terrific art along the I-25 side walls as well that looks almost like jewelry. I’ve never seen anything as elaborate along an interstate.
Anyone local that can check on this? I’m seeing temp closure on our map and it looks like we’ll need this charger outbound to avoid a long stop at Monument.
This is a nice station. Used it after midnight on the way back from the total solar eclipse in Dallas. Nobody else was there. Easy access and well lit at night. Nothing open nearby at that hour, but I didn't expect anything.
