Anyone who wants to keep an eye on the project without having to physically drive past it on a regular basis can do so via looking up the building permit on the Pueblo permitting portal: Pueblo supercharger permit
A week ago the building permit was approved, but it hasn't been issued yet. Which means that whenever Tesla and their contractor are ready to proceed, they can go pick up the permit and start working.

It’s free and was very lightly used when I was there. So it’s generally a free parking garage? Is it heavily used?
Hah you used Pueblo and nice in the same sentenceLooks like Pueblo has a nice river walk very close by.
No, the Riverwalk area is really nice I thought and have been there a few times. Good restaurants, bars, etc. can’t speak for the rest of Pueblo but that area is nice. That bad, eh?
It certainly looked nice for a stroll along the river. Thanks! No, the Riverwalk area is really nice I thought and have been there a few times. Good restaurants, bars, etc. can’t speak for the rest of Pueblo but that area is nice.
Sometimes exposed conduit is just easier when installing in a parking garage; less structurally invasive. Duluth MN and Mountain Village CO are this way, for example. That's an interesting way of running conduit. Normally you'd core drill through the floor and hide your conduit, but it appears the property owner preferred this spaghetti monster for some reason.
