Anyone know what these pipes in the ground are for?

The black ones aren't pipes but rather bollards that will protect the equipment that eventually goes in the middle against having a car bump into it. It'll probably be the utility transformer that gets installed in the middle. The conduit sticking up in the middle of the bollards is so that they can run the wires underground from the transformer to the superchargers (via switchgear, etc.)

Looks like Irving is calling this the Quispamsis charger. More site are also opening up in the Maritimes this year as well. Nice to see Irving supporting the transition to electric transportation!

Look at the general parking for 30 minute signs. They’re placed at 1 every 2 stalls, so if they’re “legally” ICEd, you can still get a full rate charge.
