Went by a few days ago to see where this actually is, and what the status is.
TLDR: waiting for transformer.
Wasn't that hard to find, entered the "RED" (Reno Experience District) on Red Dr off Plumb Ln (opposite entrance to Reno Public Market - formerly Shoppers Square). First street to right is Element Ln. Entered public side of parking garage (South side of Element Ln). Left inside to end, right and right up ramp, the 12 supercharger pedestals on left towards top of ramp.
Looking East, a little South - the Century Theatre is visible beyond artsy tree like thing.
Level 2 chargers shown by Mardak are at the bottom of this ramp.
Looking over the side of garage, switchgear for superchargers with red sign on cabinet visible (V3 cabinets on lower floor of garage).
Note pavement patch leading to lonely transformer pad in vacant lot and into lower floor of garage.
Looking West, from about transformer pad.
Supercharger pedestals visible on 2nd floor of garage.
Hotel entrance is to West of parking garage, off Element Ln - this is just a service road.
When turning from Element Ln onto (Northbound) South Virginia, beware of large, unmarked concrete traffic divider.
