Edit: I can hear the transformer humming slightly, which I don’t remember (one way or the other) from previous visits.

The site is hot from Dominion. The meter being on gives it away, but Transformer hum or heat also confirms it.
Just surprised Tesla has not brought it on line. They must be busy firing up another site.
