People working at Hydro-Quebec really don't like when we say they are slow and that we are waiting too much because of them but that's the reality. When we compare with other provinces, we clearly see that Hydro-Quebec is slow AF.
HQ is very slow in urban/urban area. Rural is a lot faster. It's also end of year. Houses/companies are priorities due to cold weather.

To deal with them regularly across Qc, I can say that it varies alot across the province.

Update, the high voltage wires have been transferred to the new pole and disconnectors have been installed. The end of the underground is still missing on the pole, the connection cables and the transformer. The fences have also been removed today.

Someone was on site working on the stalls and the supercharger cabinets were open when I passed by around 6PM last night. Still no change on the transformer and the underground connection on the utility pole.
So the digging and installation for the burried line between the pole and the transformer was done last week. Still waiting on the transformer and the cables to it. Still work to be done but it seems things are moving! Maybe it'll be ready for Christmas!
