Just stopped by after lunch, I work 2 miles from this SuperCharger so will check back often and will charge later to find out how fast. Everything is done, except for the hanging Tesla sign LOL. I was told it is done, just waiting for Utility to give it a green light. Even though it is open space, this place is away from the sun most of the morning until late afternoon.

Just to clarify, this location has 14 Supercharger stalls, not 12. There are twelve adjacent to the parking garage, and another two nearby. Here are some photos that I took earlier this week. (They're not active yet.)

Someone said it's done but they're waiting for final Socal Edison approval as of about a week ago. In other thread, someone said SCE takes about 3 weeks for final approval. So guessing 2 weeks, but you never know.

I was there a week ago when I was told by a gentleman that everything is done and Tesla just needs approval from SCE to give it a go. I was there again today, still no power, but if I have to guess, it would take from 2 to 4 weeks since other locations nearby were in similar situation.

Thanks for your post. It serves as a useful reminder that Superchargers do not open as soon as the Tesla contractors complete their work; the local utility is required to complete the process and they can be slow to act.

SCE was there yesterday, I asked and a gentleman told me they were working on the finishing touch for the Tesla Chargers. I am hopeful this location would be up and running by early June.

Several SCE vans on-site today doing final hookup of high-voltage in the vault in the ground. The Transformer and distribution cabinets are all installed. They said they would be done today Tuesday. If so Tesla might be able to do the commissioning tomorrow. Transformer on the left in photo.

6/6 at 6:30pm successfully charged at 40kwh (car was already 197 miles) on slot 2 nearest handicapp charger. Edit: also checked a farther port and they all are working!!!

Charging for first time today with 3 other cars on site. Started with MXP90D @ 90 miles, very anemic 70 kW charging power. Approx 230 mi/hr. Same low power for others at non adjacent charging slots.

These are urban superchargers. They top out at 72kW (I've seen 74 or 75, but the specs list 72). So not anemic at all, but rather the expected charge rate.
