That is pretty odd could be there is still other utility work not at the site required to be online or there is something going on with Tesla at this site.

I was there this morning as I was passing through the area. It was a bit more crowded than in your photo from last night. Two stalls were ICE'd and 2 Teslas were using them as parking spaces (parked head-in).

Doesn't seem like a great location if there's such a parking shortage that people ignore the "charging only" signs.

Here today (Saturda) ~5pm. Surprised to find only 3 Tesla being charged and no Ice’d, despite the lot being 80% full.

Always glad to see more locations, but not particularly desirable for me, as it’s not ideal for bathroom break (no Target/Vons/Starbuck, etc.) and none of the restaurants there really attracts me. I’d still go to the nearby 85C location, if in the area.
