Tesla updated their upcoming superchargers on the Find Us map, including this one in Wake Forest. Great location at a busy shopping center.

Just drove by today on the way to dinner at Showmars. The actual superchargers and transformers are on site now.

Checked out the site today and construction is complete and all the fencing has been removed. It appears they are just waiting for a power meter to be installed. I wasn’t able to get any pictures, but the site looked great and will hopefully be available sooner rather than later!

Is the delay in activating due to the firing of the Supercharging Team? This appears to be a great location off Route 1. Hopefully, in a few days everything will be up and ready for Supercharging.

Over the past 3 years, several sites that have looked "ready to go" have taken various amounts of time, weeks and sometimes months, to actually get powered on.

The worst case I know of was Chapel Hill, NC. It looked done in January 2022 but didn't open until July of that year. (In that case, some problem with final permit approval that required rework.)

Always assume that a site under construction will not be powered on yet. If it happens to come online before you pass by, and it makes your charging easier, by all means use it. But don't build your plans around it.

Drove by these tonight. There’s no fencing up, but the red Tesla logo lights aren’t on yet. It’s gotta be close to being operational.
