Swapped 21 to 19 on 2021 MSLR

Hello- I have a 2021 MSLR (refresh) that I purchased with 21" arachnid wheels. Purchased a set of 19" tempest wheels from another MSLR owner who basically bought the car and drove home and swapped them out (wheels look brand new). Very carefully changed them with the larger (107) wheels on the rear. Drove fine first couple of trips, but now I feel signifiant vibration/road noise going over 40-50mph. Do I need to have them rebalanced? I guess I thought the wheels themselves would already be balanced (and the weights are still on the rims, I checked).

First check if the wheelnuts did not come loose.

You called it. Could swear I had tightened thing down but wheel must have been off kilter when I did. Problem solved. Just as a quick note to anyone thinking about it: I think the 19's look awesome, and the ride is considerably smoother AND quieter. Glad I made the move!
