Tailgate clunk

I have a clunk noise from the liftgate which the service was never able to resolve with multiple visits, they adjust bump stops every time which is also weird. Agrees on the noise it’s there while test drive,
When fixing they will say not able to replicate and put the issue as resolved

Even before I reach home, the noise will be back

Any help is appreciated

2023 model y 2000 miles, been living with this noise from day 1

check rear plastic license plate cover to ensure it can not vibrate or flex and hit metal license plate when going over bumps. Mine could so I put foam tape in between plate and plastic holder.
