If the full credit is indeed good until the end of September then they should be able to produce pretty close to 1000,000 model 3's between now and then (using an average of 2,500/week). I'm sure there are not that many current owners with model 3 reservations.unfortunately that won't help more than a few people who aren't existing owners. Hope they enjoy it.
If they can maintain and begin increasing the 1,000 per week rate, at some point in the near future they'll probably exceed the delivery capacity of the California delivery centers and have to begin shifting to other areas. I'd still expect them to run pretty close to max deliveries in CA though.The *ONLY* good news (for me personally) that I can possibly take from this is that it might mean that they'll keep prioritizing California reservations.
