got a confirmation of the RSVP with a prompt to sign an NDA and some other visiting the facilities waiver document. Did that with a QR code ticket in response. Didn’t get it yet for a shareholder guest though so some uncertainty still lingers.

No we hadn’t. That it was shipped FedEx to us seemed desperate like they knew they really needed the votes despite Elon’s recent comment about number of people (not shares) who had voted already in favor. As I mentioned can’t help but wonder how many were FedExed and at what expense. This wasn’t a cheap paper flier either and was the sole thing in the envelope. Have a feeling Thursday will be interesting.

Depends if institutions pull together simple majorities to rapidly replace the entire board.
