I downloaded the update earlier today and it was working fine but about 30 min ago it went down and won't let me log in.

Yep I can't log in either. It seems the login is down for mobile app but I can still login through the website

Android App 3.10.0-381 and also got logged out and can no longer log in via the app.

Think my wife's phone is still on the older version and will check her phone when she gets home.

I just tried uninstalling and installing using the app link from Tesla support and now I am unable to login with a "Server is under maintenance. Please try again later." message. Oh well, it looks like it is keycards for me for a while

I've tried 3.9.1, 2 builds and both give the same error.

Down even for people who were already logged in? That's worse than previous outages.

Looks like there's no point in my waiting on hold for support to address a systemwide outage. I'm free! Now back to work....

It just let me back in! And I still have 3.10 version, I didn't get downgraded. Now I just need v10 on the car

still not working for me...the app keeps telling me invalid username/password, but it's correct. verified by logging in via the website.

edit: nevermind, after a few cycles of closing the app and re-starting it, it let me in. very odd.

I have been checking Play store for the app update since yesterday on my Pixel 3XL with no luck. When I got home from work this afternoon my car started downloading V10, so I tried to check again and still no luck. Installed V10 in the car, and went back to Play store and the app update was available. Not sure if this is a coincidence or it somehow knows if your car is updated and won't update the app until then?

I'm pretty sure it's a coincidence. My car updated this morning and the Play store had the earlier version only until this afternoon.

I just got it today (Saturday morning) through the normal Google update process, on a Google Pixel 2 phone, with no special gymnastics required....
(I do not yet have V10 in the car.)

It's in the goole play store...

But I had to do a search for it and then select the icon, not open...

Once it took me to the app page, it showed the update...

My selecting available update like I normally do, didn't show it.

This did not work for me right now.
