Tesla App - no longer works!?!

Hi All,

I opened (but did not drive) my M3 yesterday evening, and it then auto-locked fine when I walked away.

However this morning I tried to open the App and it states 'Sign-in Failed. There are no products linked to your Tesla account'.

Any ideas?

There seem to be problems with the app at the moment. I don't have the same issue as you but I get the 'Waking up' message when I try and connect but the car never responds.

Update: The App randomly started working again this afternoon. However I had to reinstate the phone key, although my Bluetooth connection remained as before.

My app seems to have been cancelled this morning. It’s gone back to how it was before my car was delivered?
I’ve been quite happy using my phone since it was delivered on Tuesday, now it’s like it’s been deleted at the server end?
If I sign-in now, all I get are the videos?
Has anyone had this, if so did it restart at did you have to call Tesla to sort it?
