The chat service link no longer seems to be available on the customer support part of the web site. Is it buried even deeper somewhere else now or is it just not an option anymore?
So I dropped off my vehicle for service and didn't receive a work estimate pdf in my email as usual or text messages as usual. I was told it would be ready today and got uber credit which expires today. Of course, the SC only has a voicemail for the parts department and emailing Tesla is just a waste of time. My app does not have any updates, just "Vehicle In Service"
The 888 number just forwards my call to the wrong SC that doesn't answer the phone either. I can't find a way to speak with a representative through their automated system.
So wtf does it take to speak with a human? If this is Tesla saving money by not giving any support after purchase, this is some serious bullshit customer support.
