Is there a reference for the 11.7m figure, or even independent testing yet anyone has found?

So based on the video referenced "notably tighter steering radius", is actually a Larger radius VS outgoing Model 3?
Disappointing!
That was one of the personal details I didn't care for test driving Model 3/Y , was excited to hear maybe they had identified that detail and rectified it.
The Model Y's turning radius is noticeably larger than the Model 3's.
As a Model 3 driver who's never thought the car needed a tighter turning radius, I'm often caught out when renting a Model Y because it's trickier to maneuver in tighter confines. Hardly a deal-breaker, IMO, but YMMV.
