Tesla M3 Navigation and rear fog lights

Hello Guys,

It’s fantastic to join worlds best car group with Tesla M3! I am angry on myselft that only now!

I would like to ask for help!
Is it possible to program HW 2,5 to add button of rear fog lights (I changed tham to european) and to change navigation region to Eu ?
