How slow does it usually take before the orders ship out when you buy a Tesla jacket/shirt, etc? Does Tesla send you tracking information or do things just show up after a few years?

I ordered a jacket for a buddy's birthday and it came pretty fast. I think it was 1 week

I placed several orders earlier this year and they mostly arrived in a day or two. One item was marked as sold out on the site, but I ordered it anyway and it arrived a week or two later.

No, there's no tracking number.

Ordered the performance pedals set on their website on February 5th, got an email from the service center that they had arrived on March 1st.

No tracking info.

What's nice is they sent me a mobile team that installed them on my driveway.

I ordered a wall connector and all wether floor mats (two separate orders). Both times I received an email with the tracking number and the items arrived within a week.

Ok, thanks for the info guys! I ordered some jacket/shirts two weeks ago but still nothing. I guess I'll just wait and I'll just dispute it on my CC if nothing comes within the next few weeks.

If you have the time (and patience), call Tesla and ask for an update. It should be trackable if you ordered it via your Tesla account. Most items ship from Vegas. Better yet, email them at [email protected]. Response time in my experience is pretty quick.

I did not get a reply for my e-mail but it's probably because I sent them a sarcastic e-mail. I did receive a shipping confirmation e-mail yesterday. So for me, it took a little over 2 weeks.

As far as I remember, everything I've ever ordered from the Tesla on-line store shipped (if it was in stock) within a few days, and I always got a shipping confirmation with FedEx tracking. These included various charging accessories, floor mats, and apparel. Just my experience so far.

I did get an order confirmation email but not a shipping confirmation (probably back order); it is when I send a reply (and a direct) email that I got nothing back....
