Saw a rare sighting today...a brown 60! License plate 1769 so probably got their plates in Wahiawa like I did. Was driving down Vineyard.

Saw a beautiful blue 70 D at Costco Hawaii Kai today. The blue really pops in the sunlight. Didn't get the license number, was in the 5000's. Was that you Nanimac?

He been not telling us for a couple of months now. He's avoided saying where the 70D in several postings.

Ok, ok, I will come clean. I missed my true love so much that yesterday Iceman and I jumped on a flight and headed back to the mainland. It is now snowing in the mountains and we're getting ready to go play in the snow and enjoy the blue 70D again. I'm especially hoping there's a significant AP update in the next few weeks for me to try here. Once the AP does a better job of reading those white bumps used on Hawaii highways to separate lanes, I'll have more incentive to bring the 70D to the islands. In the meantime, I have 49 other states as my playground.

Yea, news stations have a sixth sense. They grabbed me for a short piece the day before departure.

Most of the next few weeks will be spent in Northern Nevada and California, enjoying family and skiing. Photos of the 70D in the snow will be posted, of course. Meanwhile, Iceman just had a Christmas package arrive from "Labrashark". Hmm, I suspect the boy is up to some mischief.

Finally saw a MX in person at Diamond Head Theatre tonight. Sharp looking car! It appears to be narrower than the MS but I understand it is built on the same frame.

It must be an optical illusion. The specs state that it is a few inches wider and longer than the MS.

Nice! I've been waiting to see one.... I read somewhere that TM is starting MX "road shows" so perhaps HI will get one soon. Maybe it will be a nice coincidence for the grand re-opening reception of the Ala Mo store!

You got to see them? They were very secretive when I was there a few weeks ago. They wouldn't let me see the X they had in the detail area..
