My 2021 M3LR downloaded 2023.32.9 in September. Now, normally, I get an update about every 6 to 8 weeks, but it's been four months and no update.
Then, this morning, my app notified me that an update had downloaded and was ready for install.

What version? 2023.32.9. THE SAME VERSION.

Tesla can be cruel.

Can you post a photo of your Controls > Software screen, specifically the section that shows all the version info?

I'm glad you asked. As my app picture showed, i downloaded and installed 32.9 when 32.9 was already installed.
When i opened the software screen in the car, 32.9 showed as the installed version, but the car immediately checked for updates.
As a result, 2023.44.30.8 is now downloading.

Weird.

Reinstall it and see if it fixes you update issue. You may have a corrupt file.
