I totally agree with this. Tesla needs to add more service centers if they plan on getting any penetration. I don't consider the loss of range due to cold weather to be a big deal. Tesla's have plenty of range to begin with so the reduction is not an issue. Plus we know that the Model S handles well in the snow. So get moving Elon and add some service centers in the "under-penetrated" areas. Heck, for me even Rochester will do in the short run. An hour drive is not unreasonable. Three hours is outrageous, even on a sunny summer day.
I tried to start a thread in the New England section of the site about service centers and got not interest. Really makes me wonder.
