Wow, Ford taking some big advertising shots at Elon on Tuesday Night Terrible Football.

Something like, "We're not making spaceships, we're making trucks for Americans."

Because obviously Elon is more worried about spaceships and the damn Chi-neez! Lol

Well - Ford did own Philco-Ford/Ford Aerospace for many years. Spun them off in the 1990s. (Became Space Systems Loral, and now part of Maxar.)

Pretty disappointing in that there's really nothing new. Plus the BB guys reminded me of the Chris Farley character interviewing Paul McCartney. "Remember when you slammed Elizabeth Warren on Twitter? Yeah, that was great."

I feel similarly. The interview clearly wasn’t meant for the likes of the average poster to this thread.

The one thing that is screamingly obvious is that Elon is gentrifying Mordor with these types of interviews. I don’t mean any disrespect to the religious here (I had no idea Babylon bee was a religious group until tonight ), all I mean is he’s going around spreading the good word of renewables and BEVs.

God’s work, if I ever saw it.

@Opus BC fan
here are potential _future_ share acquisitions and sales authorized between now and 2028 if all milestones are reached
you may note 101 million shares is between 4-5x as much as the 2012 - 2022 tranches, and milestones are being met already

@winfield100 something to note is that he doesn't need to exercise the options in the same tranche size as they were granted. He could exercise 10 shares a day if he wanted to. (Or he could exercise all vested options at once.)

It's just so surreal that Ford....FORD(!) can only think to create resentment toward the upstart competition rather than actually innovate at all.

How does nonsense like this even get approved? What is that meeting like? What does that say about their plans at the very top? Sad days for a once proud company.

fords mktng team has ever been known for cutting-edge?

Had their insurance almost since day one and until Octoberish when we sold both our S and X.

We were saving I think about $750 annually compared to Farmers. Payment was monthly via ApplePay. So only 2% for me.

Paper? Nah. Everything be digital.
And now we can initiate claims from within the App. Nice.

Another business segment on the way to being assimilated. :)

Did I miss a page? I'm seeing 583,611 shares old, but the same number acquired that he has been doing with each trache.
Yes there is a 2nd form. I don't know how to find it, but if you scroll down to the bottom there is a remark...

OK big guys, tell me why...
Why did the stock go up today when every other (as far as I remember) day elon sold it went down? I am hoping you all are in agreement about something. Cuz an ant doesn't know what happened.
There has been at least one other day that was up when Elon sold. (I think more than one other, I just don't recall the specifics.)

The point being that Elon selling isn't what has drug the price down so much. That has been other forces at work taking advantage of Elon selling. They probably thought he was done, so they didn't push down today...
