BTW the pre-market action was green 5% to 6,5% BEFORE the numbers were released. Then it popped further to +8%.

Orders generated during the quarter exceeded our deliveries, thus we are entering Q3 with an increase in our order backlog. We believe we are well positioned to continue growing total production and deliveries in Q3.

$1200 is just for the slight possibility..

When S&P500 is confirmed - we cross $1500+, easy.. imho.. (or there is a sell on news sell-off, before indexfunds buy it up to $2000)

Negative differences between Q1 and Q2:
- Less S/X
- Less European credits (probably)
- Substantial price reductions, so lower margin (this could be a biggy)
- Covid-restrictions on solar and battery installs.

Positive differences between Q1 and Q2:
- Lots of high margin Y's
- Efficiency improvement in Chinese Model 3 and US Model Y production
- Higher FSD uptake?
- Work force furloughed for a month
- Pay cuts
- Merit awards suspended

So yes, definitely a close call.

Price reduction happened for half the quarter. Expect FSD revenue realized this q unlike last q.
