That data shows Inventory is doubling every quarter, is that what is happening to production also? Where is the data?
To point out the obvious, 70k -> 87k =/= doubling... For the quarters where vehicles in transit were increasing rapidly, Tesla was dealing with multiple gigafactory rampups and then evening out the quarter-end 'wave' which was not sustainable. The logic is straightforward, but certain Twitter 'Influencers' aren't great with extrapolation. Never fear, TMC is here to help! 😉

So we all should sell Tesla and invest in Toyota now that they have published a few power point presentations.

The 620 mile range for the for the 2026 Toyota is odd. This is prior to the solid state breakthrough in 2027-28.

Did they not recently tell us it is better to spread the batteries among vehicles using hybrids, now they have excess to develop a ultra long range EV?

Competition is coming:

Oh wait...

Same thing from 2017

Interesting how in 2017 they said the solid state battery was going to come in 2022. "Just 5 years out, we're catching up quickly!"

Well, they must be making progress if they're now saying 2027 - that's less than 4 years! 😏

They're probably using something ridiculous like the JC08 tests which are generous to say the least.

I found an interesting Linkedin post about how AI views all car brands. Tesla's cheetah looks fantastic. You lads will have fun with it.
Have a look, the images are very well done
A cat? Well, that confirms that this AI hype is very premature. SMH.

What's 12-24 months among friends? By 2027, Tesla's run rate will probably be around 8-9M maybe? Toyota will be insignificant by then.

Here on this forum. @Papafox disclosed that he knew someone with many millions of dollars of tesla shares that was approached by Blackrock to write them covered calls

At first, considering the timing, I thought for sure that it was because Blackrock knew of the Ford/GM announcements. Now given the length of run here and continued buying pressure (today looked like TSLA was finally about to run out of steam only to rebound in a big way), I wondering if there's something else coming as well that Blackrock knows about 🤷‍♂️

Read they are planning to build a lab that will open in 2025, then two years should be pleeeeennnnty of time to invent something totally new and get it into mass production.
This is clearly targeted at the low information crowd to slow the transition to EVs they have totally missed out on.

Plus, there will be so many darn Superchargers by then, 620 mi range anything other than a tow vehicle will be viewed as a wasteful use of batteries and money. (Edit: Wait, can it tow? IDK, can't read paywalled.)
