To tie this to the investing side.....did we ever get confirmation that Berlin was/is effected?

No MSM media link's please as ALL are suspect regarding Tesla.
I realize that is the principle short term Tesla effect. Without question the supply chain for anything between Asia and Europe will be much longer (1-2 weeks depending on weather) and more expensive . Insurance alone will preclude use of Suez for the indefinite future. Tesla logistics and sourcing changes will inevitably cause some costs to rise. I believe the Germany production is only the first in a series to come.

i intended to describe the immediate and serious Tesla consequences when I opined about the consequences of the Houthi emergence in Yemen. Fundamentally this crisis came about when the Houthi’s got drones and missles plus training to use them.

Can you specify where? Just looked in app and don't see it? Like under order->Model Y I see it mention the overall $7500 tax credit exists, but nothing about POS on the order page
I think it asks you if you'll want to apply for it on the order or financing page and then asks if you want to use it on the incentives page.

Could we do something like the Rediters did with GameStop ? I might even be will to do options for the first time in my life if we could hurt these guys.

Gamestop's market cap and daily volume was many orders of magnitude less than TSLA's current market cap and daily volume.

Thus, in order to do to TSLA what the redditors did to Gamestop, we would need many orders of magnitude more (equivalent capital of) reddits.

Ah, thanks... I only went to order page- didn't go as far as the payment page because I'd read too many stories of people accidentally ordering stuff in the app with one wrong press :)

Really? Wow, and it is.
Where did you get your crystal ball? (They don't make them like they used to!)
It's just the normal 10:30 am MMD shenanigans. Seems like they've been sleeping in a bit recently and the time has been slipping closer to 10:45-11am.

I always try to tell myself not to buy until that time if I am looking to pickup some shares, with the RSI (relative strength index) being in the 30's and I had some cash sitting around I figured today was a good day to snag some shares. 219 pre-market seemed like too good to wait until later but yet, here we are again. I believe I saw in this thread that 218 was a limit those MMDs were trying to hit when we were around 240 and thought "No way!" but yet..... This whole stock market thing is so rigged

I wonder if Tesla will lower the prices of the Model 3 in the USA just like they did in China because of losing the incentive.

No, Tesla hasn't lost the IRA incentive for the Model 3, it's just rolled into the montly lease cost now (90% of buyers lease their cars). Farzad explains that Model 3 Std Rge now starts from $339/mth while a Model Y starts at $399 (even those the sticker price is lower for cash buyers, the lease has the IRA rolled into the price).

All of this is to satisfy the casino by taking money from gamblers!?
For today, it appears real investors are pawns in this game.

I am thankful Tesla and its mission can no longer be threatened by these charlatans.
It troubles me to think of how many innovative companies have been decimated by this gaming addiction.

I will come through this cycle with the same amount of shares that I owned going in.
For some investors, this may not be an option (due to circumstances).
The collateral damage will be unknown.
This reality is beyond absurd...

Uh... what?

Where do you get 90% of buyers lease? Tesla typically has low-single-digits of their deliveries subject to lease accounting (2% for 3/Y in Q4 2023)

Also Tesla doesn't allow lease buyouts at all so they've absolutely lost the $7500 for Model 3 purchases.

Your 90% number is completely off. It's 25% nationally and potentially less for Tesla due to the no buyout.

The M3 does not have IRA incentive for purchases due to the battery.

Farzad is one of the most unreliable when it comes to Tesla. He was SURE the CT would launch with over 600 miles of EPA range.

Beat me to it.

90% of buyers do not lease would be closer to the truth.
