Getting back to the original topic, will Tesla ever make a minivan? Looks like ID Buzz might be first to market followed (potentially) by Canoo LV.
Not while EM is in charge. And to be honest it’s not a new market. PHEV mini vans are a thing now and if they could sell BEV mini vans they would already. BEVs with a big family are fine for 350 miles a day or less. “Kids let’s load up he van and go see grandma 10 ICE hours away” just can’t be done yet by a BEV. Now if one could sync bladders, Bowles and batteries sure but my record is 3 un planes stops in 60 miles. Add a planned charging stop to that and grandma wouldn’t see us that day.

I see two possibilities. A large sprinter sized cargo/trades/RV/bus in tall and short versions. It really needs normal 300 mile range, and 500 mile long range battery packs. The latter is for long distance cargo expediter and RV use. A big issue is it quickly goes over 11,000 pounds if it is able to carry 3 standard pallets, or a shuttle bus load of people. The other size van is a small delivery/mini van, and I think we saw a tarp over one in a picture. It would be part of the compact low cost car series.

France has the Model Y two seater for business use. It lacks the rear seats, and can be used for cargo, trades, etc.

I’m not holding my breath. The eTransit is the bench mark now. I don’t think it’s very high.

Remember when people had talent and would air brush or paint murals on Vehicles instead of having a Vehicle Vinyl wrapped. Boogie Vans
People still have talent, they just make the art on a computer. Then they print it onto a wrap.

I want to paint a car like a rock with cave art on it. I'm in the process of working on the design.
