He has never mentioned it. But updates / commits from him / addressing issues in the repo have slow significantly on GitHub and you can see activity in his other repositories.
Unfortunately TeslaMate was the victim of poor end-user security and received significant negative press. Pretty sure that was the downfall of TeslaMate. < all my own speculation.
Maybe his real life job is keeping him busy. Devs are in demand.
If I know the project is going to be supported I would be happy to donate. Let's see what happens here...

We have begun implementing Tesla's new official Fleet API. https://developer.tesla.com/docs/fleet-api
The Fleet API is currently in discovery phase which allows us to test and prepare for the new API, but it is to limited to use in production currently until Tesla announces more information.
Bit confused on your timestamps and duration, but none of my drives are missing in that window (against CT timezone however).
Got the dreaded update that breaks TeslaMate pending on my car. Seems still no official fix so holding off on updating:

I installed (I think!) in preparation for the car update, but at the moment I'm still on the earlier version so can't test I'm afraid.
Only issue that I'm having is that I'm still getting more communication errors from the car than before. It is causing my charge sessions to miss data and underreport charging.
To run seanlw/teslamate:1.27.3-a you need to update your docker-compose.yaml file. Change the line:
image: teslamate/teslamate:latest
to
image: seanlw/teslamate:1.27.3-a
Then run the two commands.
I made the change, and everything seems happy.
